We carefully hand-wash each pork every day in our stores to reduce the pork's distinctive odor and bring out its flavor.By mixing the small and large intestines and tripe of pork from Tohoku, you can enjoy a variety of flavors and textures, and the punchy salt sauce made with garlic and special spices is a Tokiwatei staple.

Smoking is permitted at all seats! We have seats with excellent ventilation. How about a quick drink after work? We have many counter seats available for casual enjoyment!
